Board Game Brawl video review

This review gets extra props from me because it has the tagline:

The cover is a mix of Hamlet and Carrie, with ninjas. I approve.

"It's a very interesting amount of interaction. [...] I really enjoy that aspect of the game."
"I like the game a lot! [...] It's a keeper for me."
"Definitely some cool card-play there. Definitely give it a try, I think it will be worth your time!"
"I would put this one up proudly to card-drafting games in my collection like Seasons..."

De Tafel Plakt! review

De Tafel Plakt! has published a text review of Shinobi Clans here:

http://detafelplakt.skynetblogs.be/archive/2014/09/10/dood-of-levend-8279052.html

It's in Dutch, so I have to believe google translate when it says: "The game plays smoothly, is pretty exciting and thematically nicely converted." Yay!

The Game Academy video review

"Shinobi Clans: I recommend it! [...] It's a winner! Check it out!"

The review part starts at about 13:20.

Shinobi Clans named 2nd best game of Gen Con 2014 in podcast

This made my day! The new podcast episode of Rolling Dice & Taking Names asked noted board game reviewer Lance Myxter from UndeadViking Videos about his three favorite games of Gen Con 2014.

And he places Shinobi Clans at #2, and says things like:

The game that surprised the hell out of me was Shinobi Clans. [...] That's a brilliant game.

and

Shinobi Clans is an excellent, fast-playing, serpentine-drafting [game].

Mr UndeadViking also gets props from me because he can pronounce my name very accurately. Plus, he says I have wild hair, which - coming from a viking - I count as high praise.

Card Sleeve Sizes

If you want to sleeve your Shinobi Clans cards, you can use standard sized card sleeves.

The helpful folks over at BoardGameGeek have compiled a list of card sleeves that fit the cards:
